⚠️ Accommodation update
Due to the high number of registrations, the Pestana Douro Riverside, our official conference hotel, is now fully booked.
Option 1 – Pestana Pousada do Porto – Rua das Flores
Through our partnership with the Pestana Hotel Group, rooms are still available at the Pestana Pousada do Porto – Rua das Flores, located in the historic city centre of Porto.

Conditions of participation
All participants will receive an invoice upon confirmation of their event participation. Attendance of the event programme will only be permitted once payment has been received in full. Hotel accommodation will be confirmed after you have booked your room via the link above. See the conditions and cancellation policy set by the hotel via the accommodation link.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARTICIPATION:
A full refund of the participation fee will be granted if the cancellation is received in writing before 7 August 2026. A full refund, less a handling fee of €200 per registrant, will be granted for cancellation requests received in writing on or before 28 August 2026.
NO REFUND WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THIS DATE.
