Conditions of participation
All participants will receive an invoice upon confirmation of their event participation. No one will be able to attend the event' programme without having settled their payment. Hotel accommodation will be confirmed after you have booked your room via the link above. See the conditions and cancellation policy set by the hotel via the accommodation link.
CANCELLATION POLICY PARTICIPATION:
Full refund of the participation fee will be granted if the cancellation is received in writing before 8 August 2025. Full refund less a handling fee of € 200,- per registrant will be granted to requests received in writing on or before 29 August 2025.
NO REFUND WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THIS DATE.
